Turbine Pan Mixers

Pan Mixers use a stationary circular pan with rotating blades or arms to produce consistent, high-quality concrete mixes. They are ideal for stiff or semi-dry concrete commonly used in precast production, block making, pavers, tiles, and specialty concrete applications. They also have less Spillage and Waste.

Compared to traditional drum mixers, Pan Mixers provide faster mixing times and superior mix consistency, making them the preferred choice where precision and uniformity are more important than high-volume output.

Standard Pan Mixers are best suited for general-purpose mortar and standard concrete mixing applications.

Turbine (or Turbo) Pan Mixers use high-speed turbine-style blades to create a faster, more homogenous mix, making them ideal for concrete blocks, interlocking pavers, colored concrete, and refractory materials.
