Colored Concrete Sealer X-5 produces a colored satin or semi-gloss finish that enhances protects the appearance of all types of decorative, stained and stamped concrete pavers, concrete structures and aggregate driveways. Colored Concrete Sealer X-5 can be used on all types of concrete make it dustproof. It is particularly effective on exposed aggregate surfaces reduce wear eliminate the problem of loose pebbles.

It is available in 20 colors as shown in the color chart.

Colored Concrete Sealer X-5 is a special non-yellowing, UV resistant acrylic copolymer blend which protects the surface of the concrete making it repellentwater, freezing temperatures, sun, pollutionstaining. This sealer is a VOC Compliant, low odor water based combination of a sealer plus an enhancer.

Colored Concrete Sealer X-5 has also been proven as an effective anti-graffiti barrier helping prevent paints, aerosols crayons from adhering the wall allowing easy removal if they do.

Colored Concrete Sealer X-5 is easyapply using a brush, medium nap roller or low pressure sprayer at any temperature between 40-80°F.

The surfacebe treated does not need any special treatment but it must be water, oildust freeallow proper penetration of the sealer. Check the surface of your concrete before applying this sealermake sure it absorbs drops of water within 20-30 seconds, If it beads up then use Eco Concrete Etcher priorapplying this sealer. Coverage rate is approximately 200400 sf/gal/app depending on the concrete porositytwo coats are recommended rather than one thick coat. Application time between coats is 4 to6 hoursallowcure for 2448 hours without rain. If you are applying this producta smooth surfaceyou wantadd slip resistancethe sealer we recommend that you add 1 or2 packets of our Stone Grip to each 5 gallon pail.

Colored Concrete Sealer X-5 is a readyuse productdoes not require the addition of an activator which means that it does not have a limited pot life unlike some competitive productsit has a shelf life of at least six months.
