- Applications: It is ideal for damp proofing and drainage in basements and underground walls. It creates an air gap between soil and wall and hinders moisture penetration. Can be used at an underlayment under laminate on basement floors w/o OSB or Plywood.
- Enhance Your Reinforced Vapor Barrier: At 25mil thickness, the dimpled drainage matting combined with a 20 mil Whitecap reinforced liner for a total of 45 mils of protection. Drainage matting improves water movement due to the dimpled design and may also enhance the effectiveness of a radon system.
- Made from Strong Material: White Cap Dimple Drainage Matting rolls are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) that offers strong resistance to hydrostatic pressure and excellent drainage. The dimples are aligned along a vertical and horizontal axis to channel water from grade to the footer drainage system rapidly. The stud-shaped dimples provide an air chamber between the roll and its mating surface.
- Made from Recycled Material: White Cap Drainage Matting is considered a GREEN product due to the recycled content used to produce the sheets. Meets/exceeds ICC-AC114: Acceptance Criteria for Rigid, Polyethylene, Below-grade, Damp proofing, and Wall Waterproofing Material.
