Applications & Instructions:

• Bonding: Apply the mixed epoxy (1:1 ratio) to both surfaces that need to be joined. Press together firmly and clamp or brace. Allow 24 hours to cure before sanding or painting.
• Anchoring: Drill a hole 1/8-inch larger than the anchor. Fill the hole halfway with the mixed epoxy (1:1) and insert the anchor with a twisting motion. The epoxy should be level with the surface when the anchor is fully inserted. Do not disturb the anchor for 24 hours to allow curing.
• Patching: Apply the mixed epoxy (1:1 ratio) evenly over the surface to be repaired. Water can be used on a trowel or putty knife to achieve a smooth surface.
• Grouting: Add sand, gravel, sawdust, or metal filings to the mixed epoxy (1:1) to produce a trowelable mortar for grouting.
