  • Coverage

  • Approximately 200–300 sq. ft. per gallon, depending on application method and surface.

    Container Sizes
    Available in 1 qt (1.0 L), 1 gal (3.8 L) jugs, and 5 gal (19 L) pails.

    Storage & Shelf Life
Store away from direct sunlight and freezing. Do not stack more than 3 pails high. Refer to Parex USA technical bulletin for shelf life.

    Drying Time
Allow 4 days of curing before exposure to standing water. Ensure proper air circulation and ventilation during drying.

    Clean-Up
Clean tools and containers with water before product dries.

    Surface Preparation
    • For admix: Clean and dampen surfaces. Remove standing water and dull glossy concrete surfaces mechanically.
    • For bonding agent: Ensure surfaces are clean, unpainted, and fully cured. Remove all contaminants. Dull glossy surfaces chemically or mechanically.
    Mixing
    • As an admix: Use up to 1 gal per bag of Scratch & Brown or Base Concentrate, or 1 qt per bag of Stucco Sanded/Cement Finishes. Add after dry mix and most of the water. Do not over-mix or re-temper after 20 minutes.
    • As a bonding agent: Shake or stir gently before use. Do not dilute.

    Application
Apply in the shade at ~250 sq. ft. per gallon using a sprayer, brush, or roller. Stucco or cement finishes must be applied within 3 days once surface becomes tacky (not wet). Apply only when ambient and surface temps are above 40°F (4.4°C).

    Limitations
Use only on sound, clean, dry, unpainted surfaces. Avoid direct sunlight during application. Do not use with air-entraining cement or lime. Protect from precipitation and extreme conditions.
