Just ship direct to Champ Equipment Mfg the part and contact information under warranty and we ship you the new part for the factory engine and/or plate compactor. If you pay extra for the Honda engine the warranty for that engine is through Honda and may be more difficult.
*does not include normal wear and tear parts like filters, plugs, paint, stickers, battery, recoil, throttle cable carburetor (because most problems with carburetor are due to bad gas, or adjustment needed) parts are also not covered if damaged due to physical damage.
