Product Description
Contractor-Grade Kit
The FLEXKIT-1150 is a contractor kit which includes all you need to dry, wet, or actively leaking cracks, joints, and various voids in below-grade foundations and concrete structures. It sets fast to form a complete seal throughout the entire thickness of a concrete foundation wall which expands 400% to 600% and cures as a flexible, yet tough, closed-cell foam. The seal will withstand concrete cracking and shifting as the result of thermal cycles, due to its excellent bonding capabilities. It is designed for repairing cracks that are hairline to 1/16" wide.
Usage: For repairing concrete cracks in foundation walls, cold joints, tie rod, around pipe penetration and other various concrete voids.

Dual-Cartridge Gun
The 600ml dual-component FLEX-1150 Flexible Resin is injected into the concrete crack using a quality, dual-component injection gun.

Wire Brush
A wire brush is required for the cleaning step of the instructions. It is used to clean away any loose concrete, paint, oil, dirt and other debri on the surface of the crack.

Spray or Squirt Bottle
Flushing the crack with water is an essential step. This is to ensure that the injection ports are not plugged and the paste is clear of weeping holes.

Safety Goggles
Safety goggles are required to ensure eye protection during the injection process. Materials may be harmful when in direct contact with eyes.

Which Flexomeric kit do I need?
Choosing the correct Flexomeric Foundation Crack Repair kit is easy.
Measure the smallest width of the crack. Often, this is at the bottom of the crack. The injection material needs to be able to penetrate this portion of the crack to ensure that entire crack is sealed.
Take a quarter coin to measure the thinest part of the crack. A quarter coin is approximately 1/16" thick.
