Depicts a concrete/cement/ ready mix truck pouring out concrete. Tight hinge, no spark or lighter fluid( safe for shipping) I don't think it ever was fired. Plain back. I kept it up on a shelf with my other cigarette lighters. I never smoked, just started collecting concrete advertising "stuff" and wound up with 350 cigarette lighters etc. surrounding my office.
